After spending so long on my last piece, I needed something quicker and freer.

Charcoal felt right, it lets me move without overthinking. This drawing came from a mix of calm and chaos, both inside and out. There’s a lot of tension in the world lately, and I think we all feel some of it.

We all carry it, but we keep going.
