RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for purchasing artwork from mikenunerart.com. Every print is produced with care, and I want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.

1. Made-to-Order Prints

All prints are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for each purchase.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error with the order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

When reaching out, include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or error

  • A replacement print

  • A refund

  • Another suitable solution

3. Conditions for Replacements or Refunds

A replacement or refund may be approved when:

  • The print was damaged during shipping

  • The print has a production defect

  • The wrong item, size, or edition was sent

Replacements are typically issued for the same design, size, and edition originally ordered.

4. Situations Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or product by mistake

  • Colour variations caused by monitor differences

  • Normal minor variations in handmade or printed artwork

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me.
While I cannot control postal services, I will assist in locating the package and discuss a solution if the item cannot be recovered.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged

7. Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
